How long does it take for an order to arrive?
-Please allow 3-6 weeks for US delivery due to large demand and custom creation. Please allow 5-7 weeks for International delivery due to large demand and custom creation. All of our products are made on order. If you have not received your order after 7 weeks you can track it HERE, use your email and order number, if there is no tracking you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
NOTE: Due to normally high demand during the time of January 25 to February 15, processing of orders will be somewhat delayed. Rest assured we will send them out as soon as possible.
How much is shipping?
This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Shipping can range from $3.95 - $9.95 for single product, and additional shipping charge for each product ordered. On confirmation payment screen total amount will be listed before processing.
Do we have a customer service phone number?
No. All of our customer service support is done by facebook messenger on our SKULL FB FAN Page or by emailing us at email@example.com
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through the Stripe powered Shopify Payment system. We also accept PayPal as well. No checks are accepting.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is the return policy?
Free gifts (just pay shipping) or promotional items $5, $10, $15 items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All orders are final for these types of items.
If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 30 days. For personalized items due to their custom nature, we cannot accept returns/replacement. We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
Note: We will not refund or replace returned items without labels/tags and the original packaging. Clothing should be in perfect condition (no wear and tear, wrinkles, stains, or smell). We will only refund or exchange items with manufacturer defects or damages provided they are reported to customer service within 3 days from the date of delivery and you provide a photo evidence of the damaged item. Product specification error made by buyer (e.g. size, color, design etc.) is ineligible for refund, however we will offer to exchange with similar product or a different product with same store price in case of unavailability. If the item cost is less your original purchase, we will refund you the difference. Non-defective products must be reported within 7 days upon acceptance of delivery. Free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
